This is what African yams look like, I'm on my 2 DPO and I'm starting to eat yams to help aide my progesterone. Is anyone else doing this and has anyone gotten pregnant while consuming these yams? Africa has the highest fertility rate among twins and research has linked it to the African yams, it is s major staple for them and it's aide in the progesterone hormone.  Please leave a comment and share your experiences, esp if you have tried it or you are planning on trying it.  It's nice to hear everyone thoughts.  Thanks
