Spotting 8 days dpo

So, doctor put me on progesterone for this cycle. Started it 2 days after positive ovulation. She told me to call her on my Cd1 so she could call me in some clomid to start on Cd3. And to schedule my hsg test for Cd7. So yesterday I was 8 Dpo. Started cramping like Af was coming. Started bleeding for like an hour. It all slowed way down and now I just have "old blood". My doctor told me to stop progesterone when Af came. As soon as what I thought was AF came yesterday I called doctor. Set all this stuff up. And now cannot get ahold of my doctor. What could this be? Should I take my progesterone? Is there a doctor in the house?!?!? 😂
