Am I losing my mind??

So about 4 days ago I noticed ewcm so that night we bd. Over the last 4 days I've had cramping, then tender breast, big drop in sex drive, and today I got a horrible migraine. I do tend to have migraines that get to the point I feel nausea but I have never have thrown up with them. Today every smell got to me and I got sick at the store (public bathroom and throwing up don't mix FYI) and at home. No matter what I took (over the counter or my RX meds) I couldn't shake it. Then I was staving! (Honestly I could go raid the refrigerator now lol) I remember I use to get sick then pig out like this with my 1st pregnancy but this is sooooo early to have symptoms like that....right? I feel like I'm going baby crazy over here!
