Staying motivated💪
I use to go to the gym almost everyday and workout at home everyday and eat healthy and try to stay active. But lately I've had a crazy schedule at work for the past 6 months and I only have one day off and that day is reserved for my SO because he works a lot as well and we never have much time together! But I work from morning to night and I'll have like a three hour break in the middle of it but all I want to do that three hours is nap!! I'm also stressed about my clients at work and I'm always stressing over paying my bills ON TIME because I can't even get off work to pay them on time half the time. And I never even have time to cook anymore I just gotta stop somewhere and order take out food as I'm driving from client to clients house.
But what I'm asking you guys is how do I get myself motivated again? What do you do to stay motivated? I'm seriously thinking about cutting some of my hours at work just to have some free time!
