Stay at home mom.....
Is anyone else a stay at home mom and is struggling with feeling alone and sad. Some days I'm fine and enjoy my days others I feel trapped in the house and very lonely and crave other human contact. I try to get out but I am exclusively breast feeding my baby girl and it can be hard sometimes. Anyone have any advice?
