I've been dating someone for a few months. I am crazy about him, and I know that I love him. We have even discussed living together, getting married, and he has even started cumming in me unprotected. He gave me permission to call him my boyfriend a couple of weeks ago, which was really exciting, and I thought was a big step. But now I am dying to tell him that I love him, but I am afraid that I will scare him if I am moving too fast..😕

if you're having unprotected sex already, and your discussing living together, etc. Then say it. the worst thing he could say back is nothing at all. and that's when you'll now that you need to take a step back from that relationship. 
you don't give husband privileges (unprotected sex) to someone that doesn't love you back.

My husband said it first. I had been literally overflowing with that emotion but never had the courage to say it. He took me to a park at like 11:30 pm one night during a full moon and drug a picnic table to the middle of a field there, he had brought blankets and also my favorite beer. We were sitting on top of the picnic table sipping our beer, watching the aging full moon, in my head i was thinking "it's now or never, this is the perfect moment you have to tell him!" But when I opened my mouth to tell him, he asked if he could please say something very important that had been on his mind for a long time, so I said of course (thinking "shit now I'll never get the courage again") Well he surprised me by saying some absolutely amazing things to me and how he felt about me, and concluded with "This is kind of hard for me to say because I never use this word lightly and I've never told any other women this before, but I can never imagine life without you, and you make me happy whenever you're around, I want you for the rest of my life and I honestly love you."
My jaw dropped, and I think I lost all feeling in my body for a few minutes. After staring at him speechless for what seemed like for forever, I finally managed to tell him that I loved him too.  That was only after a month of dating. Five months after that he asked me to marry him. 
On a side note though, please make him wear protection or get on birth control, at least until further down the road. The only reason he is cumming inside of you with no protection is because it feels good. He isn't thinking about the repercussions of it. And unless you have both been tested and know the results of the other person (actually seen the papers), then you could potentially get am STD. Please be careful!
