drug free natural birth?

question for all the mom's that have had a drug free natural birth how bad would you say it was? how long was your labour and how long did you push for? I really want to go all natural but I'm so scared!

I was induced, all I needed were the capsules on the cervix to soften it. My actual labor was 4 hours 54 minutes. 45 minutes after they broke my water, 3.5 pushes, my daughter was born. It's not easy hun. It really isn't. I asked for the epideral multiple times, and everytime they would ask if I was sure. And I said I'm ok lol. Worst part about everything, was contracting so fast. 3.5-9 in 45 minutes.You need to have everyone in that room on board with your choice. When you are about to give up, have someone remind you why you picked what you did. Just know, it doesn't matter how you give birth. You are still a true woman. A certain birth doest make someone a 'true' woman or mother. Who you are is what makes you true.

I can honestly say it wasn't any harder than my birth with an epidural. I can honestly say my natural birth was by far my favorite out of the three I've had. I just LOVED it and it was way easier than I anticipated and I could definitely tell a positive difference in my recovery, bonding with baby, breastfeeeing, etc.

My last baby labor started at around 1 am had him @ 2:57 am. It was painful but worth it all.

its definitely not easy but it is worth it! i took the bradley birth method childbirth classes which i found extremely helpful and i also had a doula which i believe is absolutely necessary to have when you are going for a natural birth :) (i may or may not be a doula myself ?). i labored for 6 hours, pushed for about 5-7 minutes and cried like a baby when my daughter was born.

What natural pain reliefs would you lady's say worked the best for you? I know I'm going to see if I can bath or shower I love having baths they relax me so much!

I was induced with my daughter I made it 14.5 hours without pain meds then I was just too tired and couldn't deal I got an epidural. My labor ended up being 27 hours long. I really wanted that natural birth but I can tell you anyway you get that beautiful healthy baby is amazing!!

For me it was the easiest labor and delivery. I stayed at home until my contractions were 3 minutes apart, I was ready to push when I got to the hospital and it seemed to go by so fast, it hurts of course.

My second was induced so that hurt, no epidural and was like for ever.

My third was induced, epidural (that also hurt) and then turned to emergency csection, that hurt the worst!
