Anybody?? Provera!!!

Question

Has anybody have to take several rounds/months of Provera to help regulate cycle????

Ive always been regular with AF, until May when my period stop supposibly due to stress. I was prescribed Provera on end of July,then got my Provera period in the beginning of August. Two weeks later Aug.23 I got my period again.
Thats been my last period since (Aug23). Now im here on cycle 60 with no signs of AF again.
Have a Dr appt on Monday.

Consider the benefits or herbs and your diet. My doctor wanted to put me on provera for my irregular periods i wld do as long as u are now with no period.. I started vitex and maca root supplements and it has deff made a change.. And its not harmfull to your body these herbs actually support your adreanal glands pituitary gland and endocrin system. I am now a regular average cycle of 35 days at the most but it fluctuates between 29-35 days. If u do decide to try it i encourage taking organic i personally use the Gaia brand. Also another thing to keep in mind diet is a big thing as well. Feuits and veggies shld be your best friend. Ive completely cut meat out for the last 2 months and for me ive noticed quite rhe change in that as well.. Hope this helps
