anyone else having low grade fevers??

I just found out I'm pregnant and around 4 weeks. I am really cold/having warm flashes and running a temp of 99.5. I took Tylenol but I'm wondering what to do. Sort of worrying. Anything is helpful. Thank you.

Is this tour first? It's common in early pregnancy for some. Fever doesn't need to be reduced at that low or a temperate, if ever really. Tylenol is especially detrimental to your body so I would absolutely avoid it. There's research to prove now that it's not safe for many reasons.
