RLS?!?!

Question

I'm 10 weeks and starting to get RLS.. I'll be in a deep sleep when it will wake me up. Or I'll b sitting on the couch just relaxing .. Anyone have any suggestions???

Down the water!! This happened to me starting at 8-9 weeks ( im now 20 ) and get it bad in the evenings. Found out if I hydrate even more at the end of the day it helps! Good luck!
