Blocked duct!
I have a blocked duct in my left breast close to my armpit. This is day 2 and i can't get it out! I've done everything, hot compresses, constant nursing, massaging it. Nothing will shift it.
It's so painful and I'm scared I'm going to ill with mastitis if I don't get rid of soon, and I can't be ill as I have two little boys off school for a week 🙈
Any tips???
