What are the chances? Isn't this almost impossible?! Have you heard of this?

It is extremely rare but possible to gwt pregnant but almost all cases are tubal pregnancies which means the person needs a d&c or their tube will repture around 6-8 weeks along

I've heard of it happening and actually know someone it happen too. I'm not sure of the chances, but I know the chances of the baby surviving is slim because a baby can't live in your tube and the longer it stays in there the greater the chances of your tube being ruptured.

From what I read a tubal ligation is only 99.5% effective and 1 in 1000 women who get a tubal get pregnant in the first year. I am still having it done though.

About 2% of pregnancies are ectopic (tubal).
