Sports while pregnant?

I'm an avid snowboarder. Worried this might not be a good idea this winter. I'm currently 6w4d FTM and about to be 38yo. Thoughts?

Winter sports are generally considered more dangerous. So for me it would be a no. But it depends on your individual circumstances. Ask your doctor and see what they say . Get someone to pull you along on a tabogan lol

I went for a few short easy sessions when I was around 6 weeks but then I stopped. You only need to fall once.... so no snowboarding, no wakeboarding, no downhill biking for me. (I had a pretty bad DH biking accident last summer so that was anyway too scary pregnant or not). 
But I kept on doing crossfit at least 2 3 times a week until 35 36 weeks, went regular biking a few times, hiking, etc...

I love snowboarding, but I'd say no. If you fall it's extremely dangerous to baby. It's hard, I live in the mountains, but it's just one season. You'll be back at it next year! Also, maybe see what your doctor says.

I downloaded a prenatal book from my doctor. They had a section in there about snowboarding and skiing and said that you could ski into the second trimester, but no water sports...Talk to your doctor, she will have the best advice. We're nobodies lol

I feel your pain. I'm into roller derby myself, and was told by my doctor that I'm not allowed to skate 😥. Her words were " No activites with a risk of a fall at high speeds"  At only 6 weeks the fetus would be well protected by your body but it's hard to draw a line of how far along is too far. Also, if anything went wrong in the early pregnancy you would always wonder if it was your fault.
