TMI? implantation bleeding or not?

3 days late for my period, sore and heavy fuller looking and feeling breasts, nausea, vomiting, aversion to drinks/food I usually love like tea which has been the worst so far, headaches and some dizziness when going upstairs, pulling twinges/mild cramps on right side but nothing like my normal AF and never have any symptoms before AF arrives. Had little bit of pinkish spots in my panty liner yesterday afternoon but nothing since? Could this be implantation bleeding and if so when should I test with clearblue digital?
