Ladies who don't cook? NPR

NPR = Not Pregnancy Related. A friend and I were talking and she said she doesn't cook because she doesn't know how to cook. She has 3 kids and is married so, my first question to her was, "when your husband isn't home to cook, what do you do?" She said she gets fast food but her husband travels a lot for his job, so it's often. She said she feels like a bad mother because her kids are getting fat and it's her fault. Are there any ladies here who don't know how to cook and have young kids? What do you do when your s/o isn't home to cook? Has this affected your relationship with your s/o at all?
