My boyfriend went out on the weekend and he hooked up with a random girl that he doesn't know. We have been together for a year and half and I still am insanely in love with him. He is sorry for what he did and regrets it a lot. I have no anger towards him still after 24 hours of him telling me what he did. I want to be with him but I don't want to have trust issues and I do not know if I would be able to kiss him for a bit and our sexual connection was extremely strong. Should I give him another chance or just move on?

Move on. He's a cheater and POS and honestly I'd say that if you feel nothing for the fact that he cheated then I don't think you love him like you think you do.

Ummm I usually say dump him when it comes to cheating stories but it really depends on a few things:
1) how did you first find out?
2) voluntary confession? Forced confession? Grilling? 
3) his attitude and behavior after crime
4) situation of crime: capable of control? Preyed or the predator?
5) mistake? cleaned up act? 
6) trust him not to commit crime again?

MOST IMPORTANT ONE that is above all of those: do you like him enough to forgive such an act of disloyalty? Do you trust him enough?

At the end of the day, if you don't like him nor trust him, he's not worth your time and love.

Not to sound tough, but you shouldn't be asking a lot of people on the internet who don't know your relationship; already have preconceived ideas and biased opinions; to determine you and your husbands future.

That being said, you probably made this poll because you're unsure of what to do. I would honestly and genuinely reflect on your relationship.

This is all about YOU and HIM. Do you want to be vulnerable to hurt. Do you want to trust him. Could you withstand mentally/emotionally this again. Do you honestly want a relationship where someone can do this to you and you allow this?

It doesn't matter why or how it happened because it did happen. I'm so, so truly sorry this happened. My heart aches for you and the vulnerability you feel. Sending good vibes and hope your way. Only you can know how YOU want to be treated and ACCEPT being treated.

It's hard without a husband, but trust me - it's a lot harder to harbor unresolved issues and hurt. People internalize that sometimes and it's never good.
