what's your schedule for 10 months old?

When does your 10 months old go to sleep, wake up, number of naps, etc?

My 10mo goes to bed around 9:30-10PM, STTN, and wakes up between 8-9:30AM. He usually has 1 nap and the times he takes it varies. If he takes an early nap, he maaaay take another nap in the evening, if I'm lucky, lol.

My 10month old goes to bed the same tine as my 4.5year old, 7:30( weekdays) -8pm (weekends). He typically wakes up between 7:30-8am and takes his first nap around 9:30-10am, a second nap around 12:30-1pm and his third nap around 3:30-4pm. He's been on this schedule since 12weeks. We're trying to cut out one of his naps, but he's not really for it yet. I follow his lead.

8:30 - breakfast
9:30 - first nap
11 - sippy cup + lunch
2 - second nap
3:30 - sippy cup + snack
6:30 - full bottle
6:40 - bath, brush teeth
7:00 - read a book, then in the crib

Goes to sleep around 730-8p wakes up at 2am and 530am then wakes up for the morning between 8 and 10, goes down for a nap about 1hour 30min later, and sleeps for about an hour, then will take another nap around 2pm and sleep for 2-2.5hours.

My twins were on schedule since 5 months old. They are almost a year old and takes two naps from 1-2 hrs during the day and their bed time is 7 . Drinking milk by themselves and fall a sleep. No rocking etc. they falling a sleep on their own. Waking up around 7:30 am

My guy goes to bed somewhere around 7-8:00, usually 3-3.5 hours after waking from his last nap. Up around 6:45-7:15 in the morning. Two naps (after 3 hrs wake time), Usually around 10:00am and then 2:30or3pm.

Jeez my schedule is terrible compared to you mommas 😔 ugh I need to sleep train! My son goes to bed around 8-830, wakes up at 1130 and has a 6oz bottle, falls asleep, then back up at 1 & sometimes 330 then falls asleep and wakes up at 7am, breakfast, tubby, nap at 930am till about 11 then another one at 300pm till about 430-5! Sooo I'm pretty much a zombie daily 😩 Id do anything for some sleep lol
