frozen embryo transfer

Hey all! Looking for some advice. I'm going in on the 31st for my frozen embryo transfer. Transferring 2 embryos. This is my 3rd ivf. 2 fresh cycle before this that were both uncessful. I've heard many good things about frozen transfer working better so I'm remaining hopeful and positive. I've been on the ketogenic diet as well per my doctor which has been hell but also have read and heard through other people going through this that it's worked for them as well. Anyone else on the ketogenic diet?  Also curious to anyone else going through frozen transfers, did you take the next day off to relax? Just looking for any tips to get these embryos to implant! Lol.
