My mom got mine and my sisters ears pierced when we were 6months old, she said we didn't even cry. And I'm honestly really glad she did and I plan on doing it with my daughter.

Absolutely not. Parents do it because they want their daughter to look prettier and I think at ridiculous. My daughter can make that decision when she is older.

I got mine done when I was 2. I asked and asked and asked.  My mom said Id always go to the earings I  the store and try to steal them

My oldest daughter got her ears pierced for kindergarten (her decision). My youngest is 3 and wants hers done but i think im going to let her do it for kindergarten also. Im not at all against getting babies done, i think its fine. I just like my girls excitement about it.
