High Risk
So I know I'm high risk in this pregnancy. I'm 28 weeks and 5 days. My doctor has me going to a specialist about my blood sugars because I'm a gestational diabetic. On top of that I have an anterior placenta. Plus this will be my 3rd c section. So this pregnancy I'm all around high risk. Now, as of today... I go in for my normal routine and the ob doctor decided to inform me that since my last pregnancy only lasted until 34 weeks I will be lucky to see 34 weeks with this one. He said I'm carrying really low, and the baby is measuring in the 76% of being big. Based on my stomach measurements I'm measuring at 31 weeks (which is 2 weeks ahead). Plus the doctor went ahead and made me sign all the paper work to get my tubes tied and for the c section. So instead of having a New year baby, we might be having a Thanksgiving baby after all. Idk whether to cry, scream, jump for joy or what... I'm having mixed feelings all around. Sorry so long. 😬🙈
