period and milk supply
My infant is 8 weeks old and EBF. I just started my period and it's like my milk disappeared within three hours. Will my supply ever come back? I used to have more than enough to feed baby and pump but now I feel like I barely have enough to keep up with baby's needs. Any helpful advice would be greatly appreciated.
