Haven't grown since last visit

My last three doctors appointments I've measured 36 cm fundal height. I'm 38 weeks. Which means my fundal height has been the same since 36 weeks. I also haven't gained any weight. My doctor didn't say anything but I feel like I should be growing at least a cm weekly??
