Do you ever think and feel bad about having a child and ultimately contributing to population increase?

I do sometimes. I want 3 kids but I don't think it's fair to society to do that.

They're 3d printing organs and are developing something that literally cuts bad genes out of your adult DNA (already in human testing. Called CRISPR it's friggin amazing!! Cure for cancer, anyone?!). Trust me your 3 kids won't be responsible for the population boom ;)  and if it makes you feel any better, even though the human population is living longer and getting bigger, the advances to our health also means we will be able to sustain life during space travel much sooner which means we can get off of this planet and expand before we have to stand on each other's shoulders to stretch our legs LOL

I feel bad when I think about how many children are without parents and needing to be adopted.

I hate to say it, but I think at some point Mother Nature will take over and either stop producing enough resources to sustain everyone or create a disease hard to control. It will thin out the population.  But I don't think it will be in our lifetime or our children's lifetime.

Hmm... never really thought about it. I understand where your coming from but I've always wanted to be a mother so I think every woman deserves the opportunity to give life. There are some places where they regulate how many you can have, like china. 2 kids and that's it, they force women to kill their babies if they get pregnant with a third.

No. If I want and can provide for my kid's then we will have as many as we want. We want 4; we have 2 already 1 boy, 1 girl we want another boy. If the next isn't a boy we will try one more time but no more than 4 If the 3rd is a boy then we are done. I'm not on welfare i don't get government assistance at all. So why is it fair for a welfare mom of 10 kid's get no shit but the one's that take care of their own, on their own get shit?

As long as you're able to provide for your children and have the ability to raise them to be good people I see nothing wrong with it. The world can use more GOOD kind people, not fewer.
