Your intestines make a mucus to help you poop. Have you been constipated in the last day or two? Could be straining from trying to poop. You'll be fine. Eat lots of fruits and veggies to keep your bowel movements regular.

It is normal but if it has a smell go se a GI dr. Could have a prob with your colon. I only say this because I have ulcerative colitis and that can be a sure sign. I hope you don't tho.
