Did your toddler sleep on their own even though they slept with you on your bed when they were babies?

Question

Im asking cause at first my baby would sleep on her bassinet. My husband works nights so she sleeps with me in the bed plus the weather is changeing. I read pple have said once you put them in the bed you get them used to it.  Is this true? Will my baby not be able to sleep on her own when shes older? Should i put her back on the bassinet? Idk if this has to do with me cause im a FTM and i just want to have her close to me shes 2MO.

I will tell you my personal experience since I grew ip sleeping in my parents bed. It has made me, even now at 34, really nervewracked to sleep alone. I get scared whenever my boyfriend isn't home, and even a bit afraid of the dark. I really wish they just let me sleep on my own.

I suggest putting her In her own bed. For saftey and for sleep transitioning reasons. Lots of babies refuse their own bed if you let them Co sleep for too long.

2 months is nothing to worry about. I had my son start sleeping on his own around a year but I did have to let him cry it out for about a week

I don't know from experience myself, but my friend co sleeps with her baby & at 2 yrs old her baby still refuses to sleep in her own bed.

I don't know which question to vote for so I'll just do it like this
My babygirl just turned 1 and is still sleeping with us, we're trying to make her sleep in her own bed but its not that easy because she did get used to it. We have a huge king sized bed so it's not a big deal if she and our 5 year old sleep with us but if you'd ask my husband he'd tell you he's pissed lol
He's fustrated, we have a few more rooms that are not being used in the whole house but I can't blame him😂 before we had our daughter we could just do anything in our bedroom so it wasnt a big deal our son didnt wake up at night but since she's here he wants to sleep with her as well so we sometimes end up sleeping all at once in that bed.
When he has to go to work early he just sleeps with our best friend who's like our brother and he lives with us so I think the problem is somehow solved.
Sleeping close to my babies is just really important to me because of that bound and  I personally cant even sleep when they're not around because I just get too worried...
