paraguard IUD

I have the paraguard IUD (10yr one) and my ObGyn told me after awhile my bleeding and cramps will go away. I have the worst cramps it feels like someone stabbing me and the bleeding got worse since I have it placed. Should I try to sue them or what should I do they lied to me saying it will stop or help me but it hasn't . I'm hurt they would lie to me also I does help I haven't got pregnant but I'm scared that I won't be able to have children again once it gets removed that's another thing they didn't tell me that I found out if u have the IUD it can cause miscarriage or not children again
