Help!!

So ever since my work found out I'm pregnant they are doing everything they can to put me at fault. My draw has been short a few times. And I mean like $2000 or $300. They check all the cameras and transactions and nothing was wrong on my side. They also say I'm not interacting with members. But there are people that come in everyday just because they like me. Help
