Ok. Yes it's still alive, although dying off quickly usually within about 20 minutes I think. Once it dries it's dead. Although I suppose it's possible, it's highly unlikely. The sperm has to get inside your vagina, swim swim swim and meet with your egg. So the chances of you ovulating, and his sperm somehow getting inside of you are VERY VERY unlikely. If it were that easy to get pregnant there wouldn't be thousands of us ladies here trying!
