Tylenol while pregnant?

Any of you has taken Tylenol while pregnant? According to glow I'm 6w2d pregnant. I'm getting these terrible migraines that are making me nauseous all day . I'm trying not to take any medications until I see my doctor which is next week. Any advise on what worked for your headaches? Thank you!

Tylenol is perfectly safe. I fell the other day and twisted both my ankles and the doctor told me it was safe to take. But to follow the instructions on the bottle.

I am 25w 2d and have taken Tylenol every time I had a bad headache. Baby boy is 100% healthy.

Yes I take regular strength Tylenol if it's so bad I must have it. Mostly I try to fight it and bear the pain. But you don't have to do that. Tylenol is fine!

My doctor told me Tylenol was safe, and even two extra strength was ok. I did read the study that linked Tylenol usage to increased cases of ADHD so I've tried to avoid taking it unless my headache was seriously bad. You also might benefit from a small amount of caffeine. (They say under 200mg a day is safe, and it's really up to you what you feel comfortable with, some women prefer to completely eliminate it).

I personally haven't taken any Tylenol this pregnancy and will not for the remainder. I also will not be giving it to my baby unless it is medically necessary. There are so many studies out right now saying the more you take it while pregnant the higher chance your child will have attention deficit disorder and hyperactivity. Also there is a study that children giving acetaminophen between 12-18 months of age were eight to TWENTY times more likely to have autism than kids who were given ibuprofen or no pain killers. While it wouldn't be the end of the world if my child has ADHD or autism, I'm certainly not going to do anything to increase the risks either.

Thank you everyone for your response. I do try to avoid taking any medications because they all do have side effects. This was my first time taking Tylenol since pregnant but my migraine was so bad that I could not function. I feel a lot better now. Hopefully, I won't get many migraines during my pregnancy!

I have. I try not to unless it's a necessity. Doctor said it was safe. Now I don't over do it. Only take what the bottle prescribes.

I only took it when absolutely necessary. I try not to take anything when pregnant or nursing. There have recently been studies linking Tylenol during pregnancy to ADHD. It is one of the approved medications for pregnancy so you just have to decide what you are comfortable with.
