5 days late 😔😖

Hello gals, I am late and boy am I nervous. I took a pregnancy test this morning at about 9:30 but it wasn't the first urine. It came out negative but I am almost a week late. I took the morning after pill on September 29th. My last period ended on the 25th of September. Could that be it??! Oh 2 days after the "pill" I started to bleed again. I am so thrown off. Should I be worried??? 🙁
