Cats 🐱 and Allergy?

I currently live with my bfs family and his gma is telling me to get rid of the cats. Because the baby can become allergic to them .
I dont want to and idk how true that is .

That's bull. Especially if you're exposed to the kitties during pregnancy. Sounds like an excuse to not have to deal with the cats, I'd tell her to kindly shove it lol. 😬 Sorry, it just annoys me when people use a baby as an excuse to get rid of pets.

If the baby is allergic to cats it will become allergic on its own, regardless if you have them or not. Keep them until you know for sure, there's no reason to get rid of them when you don't even know yet!!
