So my boyfriend and I had sex around midnight this morning and I did my cm check today and its clear and super stretchy am I for certain going to get pregnant or should we have sex again tonight to be sure. Yes we are wanting a baby

There's no way to say for certain. You could literally put sperm and egg together and still not guarantee pregnancy, it's kinda a game of Roulette. That being said the more times try the more you increase your odds of catching the egg.
