baby has thrush... advice and experiences please :-(

My 3 week old I figure out has thrush.. posted earlier that stinging sensation was getting better but now it's gotten worse and just read the symptoms for thrush in nursing moms is unbearable stinging and pain during and after nursing, extreme sensitivity as well. Check to all of them.. plus white residue on babies tongue and once you wipe it off, tongue still looks pink. He also developed a little redness on his behind today... start of a rash from the infection. Only had my symptoms for a rag day but now I just have to make it thru tonight and then call doctor first thing tomorrow morning for medication. So mad I didn't discover this earlier today... I just thought it was my body adjusting or one time bad latch, FTM here.
