32yo ttc

This cycle we tried preseed and tomorrow is day 5 of the pineapple thing after ovulation. Have any of you tried this and it work? We've been ttc since DS was 2 he is now almost 11. I have pcos and amenorrhea which I am now taking provera to make me cycle and this cycle we added 12.5mg of Femara. I guess I am looking for hope from anyone who is or has been in a similar place as me.
