sciatic nerve pain vs pelvic girdle pain??

Anyone experience one or the other? What helps!

I got both!! And the only thing I've found that helps is to not move at all...i lay on the side that hurts most and have a pillow between my knees, which does help.  i got a waist support band *that came in the mail yesterday* so i will be trying that out today, i spoke to my midwife at my last appointment and she said she will see how this month goes and she will try her best to get me a TENS machine from the hospital if theyre not all booked out. My sister said the TENS machine did magic wonders for her so I'm hoping it does the same for me

I had sciatica with my daughter. Best way for me to describe it was that it was literally a pain in my butt. It was a shooting pain that started in my lower back, and traveled through the buttock and down the back of my thigh.
