Morning sickness question

I'm 5 weeks 6 days pregnant & my morning sickness started around 5 weeks 3 days but is it normal for it to be off and on like yesterday and today I would have a few minutes of nausea then it would go away then an hour later come back. Is it supposed to last a few hours or all day?
