hyperthyroid 11 weeks into pregnancy,scared
Well I'm normally under active but thanks to my drs upping my dose and not monitoring me correctly for the past 6 weeks I've been taking too much levothyroxine and according to my bloods today my readings are unrecordable and I'm way overactive.
The doctor has lowered my dose and I've got the consultant next Tuesday but I'm so scared that these past few weeks have damaged our baby,my doctor does t really seem bothered and doesn't know much about thyroid problems during pregnancy,
my pregnancy so far has seemed normal compared to my other 4 pregnancies and no worrying symptoms,intact I haven't felt hyperthyroid really just the usual first trimester problems.
I just want to know if anyone had had similar experiences or suggestions for me
