So as of right now my unborn child will have her father's last name because I signed the paper agreeing that as long as he is there when she's born she will have his last name. He was just my boyfriend but we broke up because he doesn't want to support her. Can I tell them at my next appt I want it changed. In only 16 and he's 17.. He's not wanting to take responsibility so I don't want him to have rights.
