cyst?

I originally thought I had lower back pain from a car accident, but now I'm starting to think it might be an ovarian cyst?  My dog (only 20lbs) will step on my bladder to get to the other side of the couch and I'll feel a sharp pain in my lower right abdomen, right next to my pelvis. Sometimes the pain radiates to my lower back, and I'm spotting. I had the Mirena inserted 10/6 so spotting could still be from that. I also know a side effect could be cysts, so I just would like some feedback.
