I have a regular cycle but I ovulate a week after my period 😊 I track my fertile week so that I'm sure not to have sex on it to avoid pregnancy 👌🏼

Answer

On average, people ovulate 12-14 days before the start of their next period, but that's not true for everyone. Some people ovulate during or right after their period.
My cycle was pretty irregular before BC and I didn't track my ovulation, but now I'm on BC so I don't ovulate at all.
