might baby be sick?

Since this past Friday I felt like I was getting sick. On Sunday I got a fever also a plugged duct. So I pumped and When I fed baby she had a bad poop. The ones that go up to the neck type of poops. She hadn't been pooping that much only about once a day. Yesterday my breast got a lot of redness, I got a runny nose and cough but I was still pumping and feeding baby & she took 2 poops which were very watery and yellow. Today the redness went away, I have a stuffy nose & a cough that's getting worse. Well I've been feeding baby what I pump and some that's stored in the fridge just to see if I get the same results and I did. She has had 3 of those horrible explosive poops that have ruined 2 outfits one I caught in time, vomits a little after burping(did this 3 times), all she wants to do is cuddle and eat every hour for a little bit. Could my 1 month old (2 months on the 30th) be getting sick because I'm feeding her milk from my breast with plugged duct or because I'm feeding her breastmilk while I'm sick?
