Hospital visit or no?

I was diagnosed with PCO December 2015. AF shouldn't be here until November 2nd and has already came twice this month. I had sex last night, 5 different times actually from 6pm until 4 this morning. This morning I woke up covered in blood. I had no cramping to tell my AF was coming again like I always do. Nothing. (TMI: the blood isn't like my normal period blood color, it's dark red, so dark it's almost black). I'm having pelvic pain, lower stomach pain, back pain, and thigh pain. Could this be a cysts on my ovary rupturing? Should I go to the hospital or ride it out?
