In need of advice

Ok I don't know if anyone is in the same situation but if you are I'd like some advice on coping. My husband and I are both in the military. My husband deployed a week after we moved into a new house. I'm by myself 5 hours away from any family with 2 dogs and a n 8 week old. I'm feeling very overwhelmed trying to unpack and take care of 3 lives plus myself alone. Any advice for handling the stress?
