what does this mean ???

Arie • Trying to conceive my 2nd child my husbands 3rd. I had my Mirana removed in October 2015
Took a pregnancy test Friday I was 9 days late. Positive results. Made doc appointment Monday. Had spotting yesterday and more continued today called the dr. Had hcg test results came back 15.2 what does this mean???
