Sex with the Implant

I'm just curious and wanting to hear for other girls who have the implant. My boyfriend and I have been sexually active for a while now and I have had the implant for almost a year now but tonight was the first night that we had sex without a condom and he pulled out but I know he probably came a little bit in me plus precum too. But I was just wondering if others with the implant don't use condoms and how well the implant has worked for them. This is the first time I have been on birth control and even though my doctor said there is only a 0.01% chance of me getting prego with the implant, I just want to hear what others are doing and if I should worry about this one time.
