please anyone help?!

I found out I was pregnant and over the moon. Today I've woke up and I've been having excruciating stomach pains. I've been sent home from work because of the pain (had a miscarriage in July) and now I'm really paranoid. I'm at the doctors in an hour and when I've done a test I don't think I can see anything anymore 😢😢 my heart is breaking can someone please tweak this
