red bump??

Okay so about a month ago this thing started growing on my leg at first I thought it was a big bite then it got bigger so I thought it might be a boil but I tried to pop it and it's all just hard skin I'm guessing it's a mole but the color really throws me off and now it's starting to get slightly itchy I just wanna know if anybody has some ideas about it because it's really confusing me I don't really wanna go to the doctors unless it starts getting serious but as of right now just need opinions
