crazy feeling!?

So this morning I went to turn the light off cause I forgot to turn it off so I leaned forward to shut it off and I felt a big lump of something in my belly. Might sound crazy but could that have been my baby?? I'm very little and I just turned 20 weeks today. I didn't know if you could feel it if your baby was sucked in a little. Idk I might sound crazy but i was just wondering lol
