prenatal vitamins???

i know some ladies get sick when they take these, just wondering for any of you taking them, what are any good brands? are there any that are more "gentle"? i haven't seen a doctor yet & i really want to start these asap

I highly recommend this brand...They in use Ginger and some calming ingredients for the nausea. I'm over 35 but they do make them in regular form...the prunes also help if you have constipation. Purchased on eBay

You definitely need to start them ASAP! The folic acid is vital around 5-8 weeks as all the organs and nervous system is developing. I like the Women's One-A-Day prenatals. I have a few friends that have recommended the Equate brand prenatals. Whatever you do, start taking those today!

It helps me not feel sick if I take my prenatal on a full stomach. It still makes me feel sick if so take it with breakfast so I do it with a big meal like dinner. Just an idea!
