Early ovulation?

I'm really confused. I stopped taking Yasmin in September, finished the packet, had a withdrawal bleed and then my next period started bang on time two weeks ago. I know I ovulated last month after finishing the pill because of my CM. We used condoms that month but this month was our first month ttc. My last period began 11th October and I have a 30 day cycle. My peak ovulation date is today, however what I'm really confused about is, at the end of my last period, my CM was egg white and there was a fair bit of it over a few days and now when I should be ovulating, it's dry! Did I ovulate early? I've been using OPKs the last few days and they've all been negative. We've been BDing every other day or so since my period ended so hopefully it will work, but I'm just confused. Is this down to my post-pill cycle changing?
